THREE RIVERS READING COUNCIL

Three Rivers Reading Council (TRRC) is a group of literacy leaders serving the school districts in Wilbur Mills Educational Co-op area including the counties of Lonoke, Prairie, White,  and Woodruff in Arkansas.

 

The purpose of this council is to provide information about changes in education, specifically in literacy instruction, as well as to promote literacy to the public.
